Rook & Castle’s new build homes in Sussex are truly bespoke to each and every client. We are new home builders who can design and build your very own new dream home. We have everything in place to assist you from start to finish; with all relevant trades needed on hand, as well as the expertise of architects and engineers. Each of our new build homes in Sussex is custom built to your specification to fit your every need, making your bespoke house truly unique to you. Alternatively, you may be thinking of developing a piece of land or re-purposing an area of your garden for a new build, in which case we can help you to create an attractive and sought-after investment property.

As experienced Sussex house builders we can:

• Meet and discuss ideas with the client to assess the feasibility of any new build project;

• Assist in planning applications and work with our clients to create architectural drawings for new homes;

• Arrange private building control to allow the job to run as smoothly as possible and help speed up the new build process;

• Complete the construction of new build properties of all kinds – from groundworks to roofing; from decoration to landscaping;

• And, often most importantly, we can run the job on our client’s behalf – allowing our wealth of knowledge and local reputation amongst fellow trades and suppliers to create brand new homes that are both striking and lasting.

• Finally, our luxury new build homes in Sussex are built with real care and attention to detail which can be hard to find these days.
