Rook & Castle can make your dream house real with one of our new build homes in Worthing. We are new house builders who create truly bespoke homes for each individual client. From start to finish, we have everything in place to assist you in the design and construction of your Worthing new build. As well as having our own skilled tradesmen we also have to hand the expertise of architects and engineers. To fit your every need, each of our Worthing new builds is custom built to your specification – making your bespoke house truly unique to you.

Maybe, instead of wanting to create your own dream home, you’re thinking about an investment property. It could be a part of your garden or a separate piece of land you own that’s suitable for development. Either way, we can help you to create an attractive and sought-after new build property for sale or rent. With our wealth of knowledge and local reputation amongst fellow tradespeople and suppliers, we can create new build houses in Worthing that are both striking and lasting.

As experienced new house builders in the Worthing area our bespoke homes services include:

• Meeting with the client to discuss ideas and assess the feasibility of any new build project;

• Working with clients to create architectural drawings for new homes and assist in planning applications;

• Helping to speed up the new build process by arranging private building control which will help the job to run as smoothly as possible;

• We can complete the construction of new build properties of all kinds – from groundworks to roofing; from decoration to landscaping;

• And, often most importantly, we can run the job on our client’s behalf.

• Finally, our luxury new build homes are built with real care and attention to detail which can be hard to find these days.
